Sandro Graca is a graduate of the Irish College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and of the Beijing University of Chinese Medicine. Sandro is still studying, currently doing the MSc in Advanced Oriental Medicine with the Northern College of Acupuncture and Middlesex University.
Originally from Portugal, Sandro moved to Ireland in 2004 and established successful acupuncture and Chinese Medicine clinics in Trim, Santry and Maynooth.
He is a member of the Acupuncture Foundation Professional Association and the Acupuncture Fertility Network, co-founder of “TCM Ireland” and former lecturer at the Irish College of TCM. One of his main passions outside acupuncture and TCM is music (listening and playing – guitar), and vlogging – check out The Acupuncture Clinic’s YouTube vlog.
TCM Ireland is the registered business name of The Acupuncture Clinics, currently with clinics in Dublin (Dundrum and Santry), Maynooth (Co. Kildare), and Trim (Co. Meath).
Having studied acupuncture in Portugal, Ireland, UK and China, Sandro is now a co-Director of The Acupuncture Clinic alongside Siobhán Seville. They have both studied with world leading experts such as Jani White, Debra Betts, Sarah Budd and Jane Lyttleton, making The Acupuncture Clinic a reputable and recognized entity in the field of acupuncture for fertility, IVF enhancement and pregnancy in Ireland.
As a fully qualified, registered and insured practitioner, Sandro is a member of the Acupuncture Foundation Professional Association (AFPA) and the Acupuncture Fertility Network (AFN). Currently, Sandro sits on the Board of the AFPA as Head of Communications and Chair of the Membership Committee and is one the Irish representatives for the AFN, alongside Siobhán Seville.
Sandro was the first Acupuncturist in Ireland to be granted membership of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology.
Recently, Sandro also took a position on the Board of Directors of the Obstetrical Acupuncture Association.
